01 Battery Pack

  • Cell: 3.2V / 314Ah, 0.5P rate, positive tolerance (actual capacity >1004.8Wh, meeting or exceeding rated value)

  • Pack configuration: 1P52S, voltage 166.4V, capacity 52.24kWh

  • Five packs in series: total string voltage 832V

02 High-Voltage Box

  • Components from top-tier domestic brands

  • Max operating voltage: 1000V

  • Integrated cluster-level BCU, communicating via CAN with BMU inside battery packs – real-time monitoring of voltage, temperature, and status

03 EMU (Energy Management Unit)

  • Central control unit of the entire cabinet

  • Manages PCS operation, battery charging/discharging, grid interaction

  • Also coordinates fire alarm and security alerts

04 PCS (Power Conversion System) – 125kW


  • Three-level four-bridge arm topology

  • Fourth bridge arm dedicated to neutral line current, effectively addressing three-phase imbalance

  • Ensures stable waveform in applications with uneven load distribution (e.g., factories with mixed equipment)

05 Liquid Cooling Unit

  • Communicates with EMU via RS485, real-time coordination

  • Cell temperature control range: 25±5°C

  • Overall cabinet temperature difference ≤2.5°C – extends battery cycle life

06 Liquid Cooling Piping

  • Thermal insulation, anti-condensation design

  • Equipped with non-return valves and check valves to prevent backflow

  • Uniform flow distribution to each battery cluster for consistent heat dissipation

07 Fire Protection – Two-Level Protection

  • Level 1: Aerosol fire suppression device inside each battery pack

  • Level 2: Perfluorohexanone fire suppression system for whole cabinet, plus smoke and temperature sensors

  • Water firefighting interface reserved, rear pressure relief valve for thermal runaway gas venting

08 Dehumidifier

  • Prevents condensation caused by large temperature swings between day and night

  • Protects electrical components from moisture, short circuits, and corrosion – especially critical in humid climates

09 Water Immersion Sensor

  • Installed at the lowest point of the cabinet

  • Real-time monitoring of water or coolant leakage; triggers alarm in case of flooding or pipe leakage

10 Access Control System

  • Password or key-based entry, only accessible to authorized personnel

  • Prevents unauthorized operation and accidental contact with live parts

11 Structural Design

  • Outdoor-grade anti-corrosion coated steel

  • IP54 minimum protection rating – dust-proof and water-resistant

  • Physically separated battery compartment and electrical compartment for safe maintenance

  • Reinforced frame for transport, lifting, and seismic performance

  • Fully integrated system with door seals, access control, pressure relief valve, immersion sensor, and dehumidifier
